Information for authors

1. Onsite participation

The venue is in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics, University of Pardubice, náměstí Čs. legií 565, 53002 Pardubice, Czech Republic

2. Online

Zoom link is provided for the online presenters. The Zoom link will be sent to all authors registered for online attendance up to 2 days before the RADIOELEKTRONIKA 2023. To anticipate the technical issues during the online meeting, all presenters who choose online conferences must create and upload their video presentation to MAREW system (accessible after login) up to 5 days before the date of the RADIOELEKTRONIKA 2023.

Guidelines for the video presentation

  1. All information, e.g., the title of your paper, authors' name, affiliation, and presenter's photo, must appear on the first slide of the video presentation.
  2. The resolution of the video presentation must be high definition (720p or 1080p).
  3. Please make sure that the video presentation is within 10 minutes and that the presenter's voice is clear so that there is no background noise recorded in the video presentation.
  4. We do not recommend any video presentation style, but we expect the presenters to show their slides together with their faces at the corner of the video.
  5. Video file size must be smaller than 128 MB.
  6. Use commonly used video formats, such as: mp4, mkv, avi, webm.

Article format requirements

The published proceedings will be created from PDF files supplied by the authors. The paper must be submitted through the conference system and must comply with the following specifications:

  • PDF file MUST be IEEE Xplore compliant
  • Paper Length: 4-6 A4 pages (final paper), including figures, tables & references
  • Paper Size: A4 (210 mm X 297 mm)
  • Lay-out: Double column IEEE format [https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html]
  • Fonts: Embed & Subset ALL fonts in your PDF file. No Type 3 fonts allowed
  • File Format: PDF only
  • File Size Limitation: 5.0 MB
  • Do NOT page number your paper
  • Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.

Papers will be selected by the Steering Committee based on a peer review made by the Technical Program Committee.

Deviations from the above paper specifications could result in removal of your accepted paper from the proceedings.

Authors of accepted papers are expected to register and present their papers at the conference. All presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

All submissions of final papers must be in Microsoft Word/LaTeX and PDF format through the conference system.

Proceedings and all presentations will be in English.

The final version of the paper must include foot text with the information: "979-8-3503-9834-2/23/$31.00 ©2023 IEEE"
Please, replace text from the template "XXX-X-XXXX-XXXX-X/XX/$XX.00 ©20XX IEEE" with "979-8-3503-9834-2/23/$31.00 ©2023 IEEE" (without brackets).

Payment information

  • If you want to participate in conference without submitting article you have to be registered user (http://www.marew.cz/user/login).
  • Payment by bank transfer only.
  • The sender must pay all appropriate bank transfer charges in addition to the registration fee. Bank fees should not be "shared".
  • Once the bank transfer transaction has been completed, please email a copy of the bank transfer receipt and the invoice information to klara.schejbalova@upce.cz.
  • Payment will not be cleared until it is actually received in bank account of the MAREW2023.
  • You will receive your invoice electronically.
