The published proceedings will be created from PDF files supplied by the authors. The paper must be submitted through the conference system and must comply with the following specifications:
Papers will be selected by the Steering Committee based on a peer review made by the Technical Program Committee.
Use IEEE PDF eXpress to ensure/check that your PDF is Xplore compliant [https://ieee-pdf-express.org/]
Conference ID: 52220X (for RADIO 2021, between 2021-01-01 and 2021-04-30)
Conference ID: 52242X (for COMITE 2021, between 2021-01-01 and 2021-04-30).
Deviations from the above paper specifications could result in removal of your accepted paper from the proceedings.
Authors of accepted papers are expected to register and present their papers at the conference. All presented papers accepted to the conference will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library®.
All submissions of final papers must be in Microsoft Word/LaTeX and PDF format through the conference system.
Proceedings and all presentations will be in English.
Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
The authors will present their papers online via MS Teams. A specific connection link will be sent to authors a week before the conference. We recommend that you download and install the free application from the Microsoft website.
The author will have space for a 10-minute PPT or PDF presentation, where he/she will share his/her screen with the presentation and then respond to questions from other participants. Only presented papers will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library®.
If someone expects a technical problem, for example with internet connection, we suggest pre-recording the presentation, saving it on one of the servers, such as YouTube, and sending us only a link to this video. The author should be present in the session at least through audio in order to participate in the discussion.
For the same reason, authors who are afraid of a poor connection can send us their presentation in PDF format (with embedded fonts) the day before the conference. The chairman of the session will then share such a presentation on his/her computer and the lecturer will speak to it, i.e. only audio and not video will be sufficient.
